Licensed as an attorney in Colorado since 1983. During the past 12 years Mr. Henning has practiced in Colorado in many substantive areas of law and litigation focusing on property issues and the rights to property in the context of probate, bankruptcy, foreclosure, medicaid qualification, and divorce, as well as estate planning and probate administration and litigation.
Mr. Henning earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Engineering Design and Economic Evaluation. His Law Degree is from the University of Denver College of Law, where he graduated with academic honors, Order of St. Ives, in 1983. He is a member of the Estate and Probate, Tax and Real Property Sections of the Colorado Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
